Realty Net, LLC is expanding its Flat Fee MLS and Fee-for-Service real estate brokerage into Utah, and we are looking for a Designated Real Estate Broker to serve as the Broker of Record for our Utah operations.
This is a flexible, low-maintenance opportunity with compensation options including either commission-based pay or equity ownership in the Utah division.
About the Position:
Serve as the Broker of Record for our Utah operations.
Ensure compliance with Utah real estate laws and regulations while maintaining brokerage licensing requirements.
Provide broker oversight for Flat Fee MLS listings and limited-service transactions (no traditional agent oversight required).
Choose your compensation model – earn commission-based income or take an equity stake in the Utah division.
